The website ‘‘www.esorouxa-platon.gr’’ is an online e-commerce shop for the sale of products and services via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the “e-shop” or “website”) created and operated by the company ROUSSINOU A. & M. GENERAL PARNERSHIP under the name “PLATON UNDERWEAR”, based in Zografou, 72, Stratarchou Alexandrou Papagou Avenue, legally represented by Maria Roussinou and Asimina Roussinou, e-mail info@esorouxa-platon.gr, e-shop customer service: 2107780683 (hereinafter briefly the COMPANY).
The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the PLATON UNDERWEAR e-shop located at “www.esorouxa-platon.gr”. Any user who enters and transacts or makes use of the e-shop services (hereinafter referred to as “visitor” and / or “user” or “customer” for short depending on if they are restricted to only visiting the shop or if orders and sales of products and services are effected) hereby consents and unreservedly accepts the terms herein set forth, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then it is their responsibility to refrain from visiting, using the website as well as from any transaction or use of the e-shop services.

The COMPANY reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions of the e-shop, at any time it deems so necessary, and undertakes the responsibility to inform the consumers of any changes, through the pages of this e-shop. Contracts through the e-shop are drawn up in Greek.

The COMPANY is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the information provided in the e-shop, regarding the identity of the COMPANY as well as the transactions provided through the e-shop. The company, under good faith, is not responsible for nor is bound by electronic data records made by mistake / oversight by common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it is aware of them.

The COMPANY, as far as its transactions via the e-shop are concerned, is not responsible nor liable for any failure or damage arising from the cancellation of orders, failure to execute or delay in execution, for any reason whatsoever. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed on the e-shop, but it informs the interested customer, based on kept data, on the availability or not and undertakes, in the case this data is changed, to inform them in time about the lack of availability and therefore, in that case also, bears no further responsibility. The e-shop provides the content (eg information, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available through the website “exactly as they are”. Under no circumstances shall the COMPANY be liable in civil or criminal liability for any damage (positive, special or consequential, which is indicatively and not restrictively, divisive and / or cumulative consisting of loss of profits, loss of data, lost profits, financial satisfaction, etc.) that may occur to a visitor of the e-shop or a third party for reasons related to the operation or not and / or use of the website and / or failure to provide services and / or products and / or information made available by them and / or any other prohibited interferences by third parties with products and / or services and / or information available through it.

The user/customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the e-shop as provided by law and in accordance with the rules of good faith and conduct.

- sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any kind
- sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any software that contains software viruses or any other codes, files, or programmes designed to interrupt, cause harm, damage, or disrupt the operation of any computer software or hardware
- intentional or unintentional infringement of applicable laws or regulations
- harassing third parties in any way

The COMPANY is not responsible for Internet broadcasting or any form of transmission received from any linked website. The COMPANY provides these links in its e-shop only to facilitate the use of the e-shop, their use is not mandatory for the visitor/customer and the fact that they are included in the e-shop does not imply that the COMPANY endorses or accepts their content.
Price policy
The COMPANY’s e-shop reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer.
Dispute Resolution
Please be advised that in the event of any dispute arising out of a transaction between us for the resolution of which you have sent us a relevant written request, but we are unable to reach a joint agreement, you can access the online Dispute Resolution platform at webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/ which links directly to the competent independent Authority “Consumer Advocate” (//www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). On this platform you can submit a request to resolve the dispute so that our company can then be contacted by the competent Authority at info@esorouxa-platon.gr.
We also note that our Company recognises in good faith the advisory nature of the Authority’s decisions to be taken and is not bound by the enforceability of those decisions. In any case of a non-compromise settlement of the dispute through the IDE platform, the civil courts are competent.
